Session Structure
Session 1: 30-minute Consultative Session
Review responses to the intake form and clarify desired goals, the definition of success, and cadence of calls.
Session 2: 60-minute Personal Clarity Session
Reference MLT’s personal clarity framework and identify skills, strengths, passions, and barriers/tradeoffs to success.
Sessions 3-5: 60-minute Working Sessions
Tackle 2-3 performance gaps/opportunities based on feedback, offer personalized guidance, and share industry best practices.
Session 6: Concluding Session
Reflect on recent insights and outline next steps, connections, and resources required to maintain performance momentum.
Focus Areas
Identifying the intangible elements or issues in your current performance that can be refined or elevated.
Building a holistic, multi-dimensional understanding of how you want to optimize your day, projects, presence, work-life integration and external affairs.
Creating accountability plan for key optimization metrics in your life.
