I was once misunderstood.  I know what it feels like to be undervalued.  I can help unlock your value and have the world reward you for your talent.

I was a newly promoted associate in investment banking in 2004.  I was top of my class, working on the most elite deal teams and doing the highest quality of work, until I got my review.  I was told that while my work quality was second to none, I was only working for one Partner, and the other nine MDs in the group felt unloved by me - in fact, they thought I was arrogant.  This was crushing, as my intention was always to help and create the best product.  There was no one to help me see the path from where I was, to where I wanted to be: rewarded for the performance I could bring to everyone.  Instead I left for the hedge fund world where I could work for one boss, and not have any "politics" to worry about.
